CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. (NEWS10) – A local man is facing charges after police say he distributed child pornography.

Police say an officer assigned to the FBI Child Exploitation Task Force received downloads from Jonathon Bratton, 37, containing children engaging in sexual activity.

Bratton was charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child.

He was arraigned and released.

Police say additional charges are possible.
