Jamul resident Peter Silva was reappointed Wednesday to the state Fish and Game Commission by Gov. Jerry Brown. Silva, 65, has served on the commission since 2016 and has extensive experience in local, state and federal environmental policy and civil engineering, according to the governor’s office.
