Bale's agent talks Man Utd once more

Manchester United target Gareth Bale’s agent has insisted that his client doesn’t wish to leave current club Real Madrid.

The Welsh star has been heavily linked with Jose Mourinho’s team since last summer when the manager admitted his desire to complete a transfer.

Bale was since seemingly been promised match time by Zinedine Zidane and decided to stay at the Spanish capital for the rest of the season.

However, rumours have been circulating that Madrid have lost their patience with the player’s repeated fitness issues and were willing to sell.

United then reignited their interest but ended up signing Alexis Sanchez in January instead and it appears as though Gareth has committed himself once more to Real.

According to The Sport Review, Jonathan Barnett said to Tuttosport: “Bale? I think he’s worth as much as Neymar. He loves Real Madrid and doesn’t want to leave.

“Gareth does not need Ronaldo to leave Real Madrid, he is already a top star of the club.”

The La Liga side look like a team desperately in need of refreshing their squad after an incredible campaign last year where they seemed to win every trophy possible.

Barcelona are the club that look completely reinvigorated this season and it may already be that the title is out of Zidane’s hands.

Whilst there may be other areas in the squad that need investment, it doesn’t seem as though Gareth Bale is one of the players that needs to be moved on.

The former Tottenham star has proven himself before at Real Madrid but it appears as though fans have already forgotten what he’s contributed to the club’s history.

Either way the Red Devils don’t seem to be interested in him anymore but should that change, it’s likely that Bale’s stance would change too.
