Zlatan Ibrahimovic has insisted that nobody works harder than him in training at Manchester United.
The Swede enjoyed a superb opening campaign at Old Trafford, scoring 27 goals in total, but knee ligament damage in April cut his season short.
He returned earlier than expected in November but continued complications with his knee has reduced him to just two starts this season, although Jose Mourinho recently confirmed that the 36-year-old was back in training.
And Zlatan, when asked who was the hardest worker on the training ground, made it clear that nobody could come close to his commitment.

No other player in the Man United squad – or even the Premier League, for that matter – can claim to have reached double figures in every season since 2002. 15 straight campaigns. Never standing still, always improving, never worrying about what any outsider thinks.
Zlatan’s current campaign is unfolding in a manner unbefitting for his career at large, but nobody can deny that posterity will look back at him as one of the greatest proponents of relentless self-improvement, of always evolving, and the art of consistently winning silverware over a long period of time.
And who knows: he may yet have a few tricks up his sleeve towards the end of the campaign.
