Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has taken to Twitter to provide a brief message on his impending absence for the Red Devils’ FA Cup 5th-round clash with Huddersfield Town.
Matchup
The two sides are set to go head to head at the Kirklees Stadium this evening, with hosts Huddersfield coming into proceedings on the back of a pair of impressive 4-1 wins over Birmingham City and Bournemouth respectively.
United, meanwhile, will hope to use this evening’s matchup as an opportunity for an immediate bounce-back, following a shock 1-0 defeat at the hands of Newcastle last Sunday.
Huddersfield and United actually only met in a Premier League clash two weeks ago at Old Trafford, with the Red Devils emerging with a comfortable 2-0 win.
Missing out
In a blow for this evening’s visitors, though, it was confirmed a short time ago that Jose Mourinho’s men will be without star midfielder Paul Pogba at the Kirklees Stadium:

‘Gutted’
Pogba’s absence is thought to be completely unrelated to the growing rumours of unrest on the part of the Frenchman at Old Trafford, with the former Juventus star having since taken to Twitter to reassure the club’s fans that he simply ‘needs to get better’:
Gutted I won’t be at Huddersfield but I need to get better. Come on United 👊🏾 @ManUtd
